A member of the mint family, it’s carefully sourced to preserve its warm, mild flavor. Dried basil has many culinary uses, but we especially enjoy it mixed into salad dressings and condiments. Add a spoonful of dried basil to our mayonnaise, along with fresh lemon juice and minced garlic for a sweet and spicy sandwich spread or dip.
